• Your name, email address, phone number, and program;
• The documents you upload to support your enrollment.

Like most websites, our hosting servers may log basic technical information such as IP address and browser type for security and reliability. We do not use advertising trackers.

• To process and review your application and enrollment;
• To communicate with you about your application, the program, and school matters;
• To maintain student and school records; and
• To comply with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.

How we store and protect it

Applications and uploaded documents are stored privately in our hosting environment and internal admin system. Uploaded files are kept in a restricted, non-public location, and access is limited to authorized school personnel. We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect student information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or misuse. Student records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with Massachusetts requirements.

How we share information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share it only:

• With prospective employers, upon request, to support your employment. You may opt out by notifying us in writing.
• With regulatory agencies, as required or permitted by law.
• With service providers, such as our website host and email provider, who process information on our behalf.

Photos and media

We use student photographs or media on our website and social media only where a signed photo or media release is on file. If you have not signed a release, your image will not be used.

Students in clinical settings are required to protect patient information and comply with applicable confidentiality laws, including HIPAA where it applies.

Non-discrimination

MEJ Healthcare Services prohibits discrimination and harassment based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected under federal, state, or local law.

Children

This website and our program are intended for individuals age 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
