Books, supplies, and exam fees.
These are additional out-of-pocket costs that students pay directly, and are not included in the program cost above. Some are optional. The Massachusetts Nurse Aide testing fee is paid to the state’s testing vendor, not to MEJ. Candidates register with D&S Diversified Technologies at 888-401-0462 or massachusetts@hdmaster.com. The written exam is offered in English, Spanish, Chinese, and Haitian Creole. If subsequent exams are needed, the costs are $30 (knowledge exam or retake), $40 (audio version of the knowledge exam), and $70 (skills test).

Payment options
Payment is accepted by cash, certified check, or money order. MEJ does not participate in federal or state financial aid programs and does not offer loans or scholarships.
Refund policy
Refunds follow Massachusetts law (M.G.L. c. 255, Section 13K). You may cancel before completing five school days or five percent of the program, whichever comes first, and receive a full refund of all monies paid, less reasonable administrative costs of up to $50 and the cost of any non-reusable supplies. Books written in, and uniforms that have been worn, are not refundable. After that point, refunds are prorated by program quarter as set out in your Enrollment Agreement.
